Heat the rapeseed oil with turmeric and pepper in a small saucepan. Fry the onion cubes briefly in it, remove from the heat and let cool down a little.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the curd cheese, yoghurt, egg and onion. A smooth dough is created very quickly.
Shape 8 rolls of equal size with wet hands. Brush with water. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at approx. 200 degrees for about 25 - 35 minutes.
