Cut the wiener into fine slices. Peel the carrot and slice it into fine sticks. Peel the onion and chop finely. Break open the pomegranate and squeeze out about 2 handfuls of seeds. Put the wieners, carrots, onions and pomegranate seeds in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing together well in a mug and pour over the Wienerle mixture. Mix everything together well and let the salad steep a little.
