Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff. Stir the sour cream until creamy and fold in the cream.
  2. Put the cream and sour cream in the refrigerator.
  3. Meanwhile put the frozen fruits with the orange juice in a blender and puree.
  4. It is best to store the puree in the freezer.
  5. Caramelize a little sugar for the garnish. Let the liquid sugar flow on baking paper and let your creativity run free.
