Ingredients
- 1 cup whipped cream, approx. 200 g
- 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 300 g wild berries, frozen
- 100 ml orange juice
For decoration:
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal
- some sugar to caramelize

- Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff. Stir the sour cream until creamy and fold in the cream.
- Put the cream and sour cream in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile put the frozen fruits with the orange juice in a blender and puree.
- It is best to store the puree in the freezer.
- Caramelize a little sugar for the garnish. Let the liquid sugar flow on baking paper and let your creativity run free.
- While the caramel cools down, caramelize some sugar again and add the oatmeal. Stir the mixture well so that the caramel wraps around the flakes. Place on a plate to cool.
- In the meantime, put the cream and puree in layers in a glass. Spread the caramel and oatmeal on top.
