Instructions

  1. All ingredients are mixed together, knobs are cut off with 2 tablespoons and placed in the boiling salted water. The cams are done after about 10-15 minutes, when the cams come to the surface of the water. Now strain and serve.
  2. I like the cams best when fried in butter. Can, doesn`t have to. If wild garlic is not available, you can also use parsley.
  3. I prefer to make pork loin with it.
