Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, wash the wild garlic, pat dry, cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, then briefly fry the wild garlic, deglaze with the stock, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Puree with a hand blender, then add creme fraiche and spices.
  3. Let it boil up again and season to taste.
