Instructions

  1. Put the flour and chopped wild garlic in a key, beat the eggs in a hollow. Knead by hand or with a food processor until the dough is completely smooth. Then let it rest for half an hour.
  2. Scrape the dough with the spaetzle slicer or (if you can) by hand into boiling salted water. The buttons are ready when they rise to the surface.
  3. Tastes delicious with roasts and goulash.
