- 1 bunch wild garlic

- Put the flour and chopped wild garlic in a key, beat the eggs in a hollow. Knead by hand or with a food processor until the dough is completely smooth. Then let it rest for half an hour.
- Scrape the dough with the spaetzle slicer or (if you can) by hand into boiling salted water. The buttons are ready when they rise to the surface.
- Tastes delicious with roasts and goulash.
