- Coarsely grate the potatoes, mix with the egg, the spices and the chopped wild garlic and season to taste. Possibly stir in a little flour.
- Remove small portions with a spoon, form small dumplings with floured hands and press flat. Fry on both sides in a pan with oil.
- A spicy accompaniment to meat dishes, but also easy to enjoy with a salad.
- Also suitable for using leftovers from boiled potatoes.
- Can be modified with other fresh herbs.
