Wash the schnitzels and pat dry, then pound them flat and oblong so that they can be rolled better and season with a little salt and pepper.
Finely chop the wild garlic. Brush the schnitzel with cream cheese and then sprinkle the chopped wild garlic on top. Now roll up the schnitzel and fix with a toothpick. Fry the schnitzel in a little margarine until cooked through.
