  1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, pat dry and cut into fine strips.
  2. Mix the crumbled sheep cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice thoroughly (I do this on a plate with a fork) and season with the spices. Then mix with the prepared wild garlic. Depending on how the consistency is desired, add a few drops of oil if necessary.

  4. This delicious spread and dip can also be prepared with wild garlic paste. About 3 - 4 tablespoons of it are needed and the oil can then be left out if necessary. So you can enjoy the cream all year round.
