Add the flour, eggs, salt, butter, or margarine to the bowl of the food processor. Let stir gently, then add the water.
Let the dough beat on the highest speed until it bubbles. In the meantime, puree the wild garlic very finely.
When the dough bubbles, stir in the wild garlic until it is well distributed. Put the dough in a spaetzle press and press into boiling salted water. When the spaetzle are done, they swim to the surface (goes very quickly). Then rinse the spaetzle with cold water.
