Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 g butter or mararine
- 200 ml water
- 2 handfuls wild garlic

- Add the flour, eggs, salt, butter, or margarine to the bowl of the food processor. Let stir gently, then add the water.
- Let the dough beat on the highest speed until it bubbles. In the meantime, puree the wild garlic very finely.
- When the dough bubbles, stir in the wild garlic until it is well distributed. Put the dough in a spaetzle press and press into boiling salted water. When the spaetzle are done, they swim to the surface (goes very quickly). Then rinse the spaetzle with cold water.
