- Slice the mushrooms, cut the wild garlic into strips. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and then drain.
- Heat the butter in a pan, chop the shallot and sweat in it. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
- Mix in the spaghetti, wild garlic and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
