Ingredients

• 80 g rocket, (rocket)
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
• 100 g almond (s), chopped
• 0.5 ½ hot peppers, green (spicy)
• 4 tablespoon olive oil, good
• 30 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients except the rocket in the food processor or blender. Chop for 1 minute. Then add the rocket and chop briefly until everything has connected.
2. Put in a glass and cover with a little oil. Keeps in the refrigerator for approx. 2 weeks.
3. As a sauce for pasta, add some hot pasta water or more olive oil.
