- Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Mix yogurt with syrup well.
- Heat a coated pan. Melt the butter in it, add the flakes and pour the sugar over it. Caramelize over a mild heat until the sugar has melted.
- Stir again and again so that nothing goes black or cakes.
- Then place the flakes on a plate and let them cool down.
- Prepare 4 glass bowls and fill in equal parts of the grapes. Put some aside for decoration.
- Then pour equal parts of the yoghurt mixture over the grapes.
- Finally, the caramelized spelled flakes come on top and are decorated with the retained grapes and served immediately!
