Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Mix yogurt with syrup well.
  2. Heat a coated pan. Melt the butter in it, add the flakes and pour the sugar over it. Caramelize over a mild heat until the sugar has melted.
  3. Stir again and again so that nothing goes black or cakes.
  4. Then place the flakes on a plate and let them cool down.
  5. Prepare 4 glass bowls and fill in equal parts of the grapes. Put some aside for decoration.
  6. Then pour equal parts of the yoghurt mixture over the grapes.
  7. Finally, the caramelized spelled flakes come on top and are decorated with the retained grapes and served immediately!
