Melt the butter in a saucepan or pan. Add the nuts and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir for about 3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Be careful not for too long, otherwise the sugar will burn!
Set the nuts aside.
Mix the yogurt with the quark and stir in the cinnamon and sugar. If the mixture is too firm, just add a little milk.
Now layer 1 tablespoon each of yoghurt quark mass, 1 tablespoon nuts and a few grapes alternately in 4 glasses. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon if you like
