Instructions

  1. Wash, core and chop the apple, peel and chop the orange.
  2. Mix the oat flakes, flax seeds, millet flakes, sunflower seeds and the puffed amaranth in a bowl. Leave some of the fruit as a garnish and add the rest to the bowl and mix with yogurt or kefir. Garnish with the fruit left behind.
  3. Great for breakfast.
