Instructions

  1. Wash the salads thoroughly.
  2. Cut the endive into 0.5 to 1 cm pieces and remove the roots from the lamb`s lettuce.
  3. For the sauce: squeeze the orange juice, mix with the mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  4. The mustard serves as an emulsifier, which gives the dressing a velvety consistency.
  5. Add a finely diced onion and fold everything together under the lettuce.
  6. Serve immediately.
