½ liters water

sachets citric acid

liter grain

Instructions
Bring the water with rock sugar to the boil, add the tea and citric acid. Let it steep for 24 hours, then strain. Add the grain and bottle the liqueur and enjoy. Makes about 3 liters.
If you want it even stronger, you can add even more grain.
