- Halve the meat sausage and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings, thinly slice the pickles. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices as well.
- Mix the oil with the vinegar essence, mustard and 1 tablespoon water. Then pepper, salt and sugar. Mix in the parsley.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients, mix well and serve.
