- Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into pieces.
- Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, cut into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in the wok, fry the meat and spring onions in it for about 3 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, broth and peanut butter, season with salt and pepper. Then add the soybean seedlings.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sambal oelek, depending on the heat and taste and cook the whole thing for about 3 minutes.
- If you like it a bit spicier, you can stir in a few chilli flakes.
- Mix with the pasta.
- Alternatively, you can use rice instead of noodles.
