Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into pieces.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in the wok, fry the meat and spring onions in it for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the coconut milk, broth and peanut butter, season with salt and pepper. Then add the soybean seedlings.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sambal oelek, depending on the heat and taste and cook the whole thing for about 3 minutes.
  6. If you like it a bit spicier, you can stir in a few chilli flakes.
  7. Mix with the pasta.
  8. Alternatively, you can use rice instead of noodles.
