Instructions

  1. Prepare the minced meat for the burgers. Season with salt and pepper and shape into burger patties. Sear it on both sides. Just before the end, place the cheese on the minced meat pieces and let it melt.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy and fry half of the onion slices until they are lightly translucent. Fry the eggs on one side as fried eggs. The egg yolk must still be runny. In the meantime, cut the burger buns in half and preheat them in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 5 minutes.
