- Knock the schnitzel flat and season with salt and pepper. Fry in 1 tablespoon butter in a pan.
- Roast the onion rings in a second pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, mix in the chives.
- Take the finished schnitzel out of the pan and keep warm. Layer the onions on top.
- Fry the eggs in the remaining butter to make fried eggs, season with salt and pepper and serve on the schnitzel with the fried onions.
