Thaw or clean the cauliflower, then chop and cook for about 5 - 10 minutes until al dente.
Then let it cool down and chop it up into pieces the size of rice, that`s great in the blender.
Dice the onion, garlic and bell pepper and fry in the oil. Then deglaze with a dash of water, stir in the tomato and pepper pulp and remove from the stove.
While the brew cools down, dice the cucumber and tomato.
Mix the cold paprika sauce, the cauliflower pieces, the vegetables and the lemon juice well and season with the spices.
