Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine, fry the rice lightly, add the water and beef broth, cook for approx. 20 minutes. Add the parsley and nutmeg. Add saffron, season to taste.
  2. Sprinkle 1 egg yolk with a little water (2 tablespoon) and stir into the finished soup.
