Instructions
Melt the margarine, fry the rice lightly, add the water and beef broth, cook for approx. 20 minutes. Add the parsley and nutmeg. Add saffron, season to taste.
Sprinkle 1 egg yolk with a little water (2 tablespoon) and stir into the finished soup.
