- 2 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoon beef broth, grained
- 1 ½ liters water
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoon rice
- salt
- 4 threads saffron
- nutmeg

- Melt the margarine, fry the rice lightly, add the water and beef broth, cook for approx. 20 minutes. Add the parsley and nutmeg. Add saffron, season to taste.
- Sprinkle 1 egg yolk with a little water (2 tablespoon) and stir into the finished soup.
