Ingredients
- 500 g kernels plums, approx.
- 200 g rock suar
- 700 ml schnapps (double grain)

- Fill a 1 liter glass bottle with a screw cap just under halfway with plum kernels. Add the rock sugar and pour double grain on top. Close the bottle tightly and let it steep for 8 weeks in a cool place. Shake a little every now and then.
- After the 8 weeks, strain the liqueur and be amazed at the wonderful aroma!
