Then put the butter and the egg in the bowl and then knead everything into an elastic dough with the hand mixer, if necessary add a little flour until the dough is right.
Heat the oven to 50 ° C, switch it off and then cover the bowl with the dough and let rise for 30 minutes. The dough rises a lot!
Then divide the dough in 2 halves, put the 1st part in a freezer bag and freeze!
