Instructions

  1. First I put the liquid things in the BBA, then add the flour and the remaining ingredients. You can vary salt and sugar, depending on what you want to do with the dough (pizza / cake ???). I then put the BBA on yeast dough and after 1 1/2 hours the dough is ready. You can process it immediately or leave it to rest in the BBA.
