A very simple recipe for yeast-free dough always helps me out in fasting. From yeast-free dough, excellent vertuts, lean pasties, fried pies are obtained. Highly recommend.

Boil the kettle. Pour a glass of water, salt it, stir well. Sift the flour directly onto the table.
In a hill of flour, make a depression in the center, pour oil, and then gradually pour in very hot water, kneading the flour with a fork.
When a little dry flour remains, do not add more water. Knead a soft dough. Leave for 20 minutes, covered with a towel.
The yeast-free dough is ready. Roll out like on dumplings, you can sculpt pies or twirls.
