Instructions

  1. Mix the warm milk with the yeast and 30 g sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with 100 g sugar until very frothy. Make a soft yeast dough from the milk and yeast mixture, beaten eggs, butter, sour cream, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour. If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour. Cover the dough and let rise until the volume has at least doubled.
  2. Weigh out portions of 70 g each from the dough and shape them into balls. Flatten the balls on the baking sheet. Press the middle even flatter and add 1 teaspoon of jam.
