Ingredients
For the dough:
- 600 grams flour
- 250 ml milk, warm
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 30 grams sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g suar
- 70 g butter, liquid, cooled
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
For the sprinkles:
- 80 g butter
- 80 grams flour
- 80 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
For the filling:
- jam

- Mix the warm milk with the yeast and 30 g sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with 100 g sugar until very frothy. Make a soft yeast dough from the milk and yeast mixture, beaten eggs, butter, sour cream, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour. If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour. Cover the dough and let rise until the volume has at least doubled.
- Weigh out portions of 70 g each from the dough and shape them into balls. Flatten the balls on the baking sheet. Press the middle even flatter and add 1 teaspoon of jam.
- Make crumbles from butter, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar and spread over the yeast particles. Cover the yeast particles and let rise again briefly in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and bake the particles not too dark for 12-14 minutes.
