Dissolve the yeast in 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat the butter until smooth, add the flour and yeast and knead well. Then put the dough in a tea towel and knot it and then place it in a bowl with cold water for about 2 hours.
Then turn the water out of the dough (still in the cloth). Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut into 5 cm rectangles.
Place some firm jam on top of it and press the two opposite corners together or cut out round biscuits with a glass, put jam in the middle and press the biscuits together as you would for pierogi.
Or choose another shape.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C (hot air) for about 15-20 minutes.
Dust the biscuits with powdered sugar or brush with glaze.
Makes about 100 pieces.
