- 250 g inerbread, dark, fresh
- 200 g almond (s)
- 400 g raisins
- 150 g prunes
- 3 large lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 150 g hazelnuts
- 2 liters water

- Soak the gingerbread cookies in the water. Finely chop the almonds, hazelnuts and plums. Mix with the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
- The mocha can be eaten warm or cold. I prefer to remain silent about the number of calories. With 2 liters of water it becomes thick (as in the photo).
