Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from the first 8 ingredients and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Shape or cut out small rolls and place on a tray. Let rise for another 10 minutes.
  2. Brush with egg yolk and condensed milk. Then sprinkle with almonds and lump sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat or 180 degrees hot air for about 15 minutes until golden brown. They taste best fresh.
