Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Melt the butter, sweat the onion in it. Add chopped paprika and then add the sugar. Brown everything lightly. Cover with broth and cook until cooked. Puree with the hand blender and pass through a fine sieve. Add saffron and season to taste. Maybe add some more cream.
