Peel the turmeric root and then grate it finely. Caution: The turmeric root stains heavily, so you may need to wear household gloves.
Peel the mango and roughly cut the flesh.
Now the mixer is equipped with the following contents: 1 teaspoon coconut oil, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ginger, the mango pulp, the sliced banana, almond milk and vanilla extract or sugar.
