Instructions

  1. First put the yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Whip 1 packet of cream until stiff. Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Thaw 400 g of the berry mixture (works fine in the microwave - but not too long!).
  4. Puree the berries with a hand blender and stir into the yogurt, add the sugar.
  5. Squeeze out the gelatine and heat it in the saucepan until it is liquid. Carefully stir gradually into the yogurt mixture. Then fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Divide the remaining berries into 4 glasses, then pour the yoghurt mixture over them. Whip the 2nd packet of cream until stiff and then garnish with a piping bag.
  7. Of course, you can also use ready-made spray cream.
  8. If you like it sweeter, you can of course add more sugar.
