Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt, 500g
- 2 packs cream, 00ml
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 100 g suar
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles
- 600 g berries, (forest berry mixture), frozen

- First put the yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Whip 1 packet of cream until stiff. Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 5 minutes.
- Thaw 400 g of the berry mixture (works fine in the microwave - but not too long!).
- Puree the berries with a hand blender and stir into the yogurt, add the sugar.
- Squeeze out the gelatine and heat it in the saucepan until it is liquid. Carefully stir gradually into the yogurt mixture. Then fold in the whipped cream.
- Divide the remaining berries into 4 glasses, then pour the yoghurt mixture over them. Whip the 2nd packet of cream until stiff and then garnish with a piping bag.
- Of course, you can also use ready-made spray cream.
- If you like it sweeter, you can of course add more sugar.
