Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt, crème fraîche and powdered sugar with the mixer or food processor. Whip the cream and fold in. Pour the mixture into a colander lined with a kitchen towel / dry towel, cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 24 hours. The liquid then drips out.
  2. Turn out onto a plate the next day, garnish with red fruit jelly and almonds.
  3. Roast the almonds lightly beforehand.
