Ingredients
- 3 cups natural yoghurt, 1.5%
- 3 cups crème fraîche
- 1 packet powdered sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1 glass red fruit jelly
- 1 sachet flaked almonds

- Mix the yoghurt, crème fraîche and powdered sugar with the mixer or food processor. Whip the cream and fold in. Pour the mixture into a colander lined with a kitchen towel / dry towel, cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 24 hours. The liquid then drips out.
- Turn out onto a plate the next day, garnish with red fruit jelly and almonds.
- Roast the almonds lightly beforehand.
