Mix the yogurt, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and lime juice with the whisk.
Put the apple juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil together with the gelling agent. In the case of gelatine, first soak it in cold water, then dissolve it completely in the apple juice.
Stir the juice into the cream (with gelatine, stir a spoonful of the cream into the gelatine, then stir the mixture into the cream). Mix everything well and pour half of the cream into glasses. Put the pureed berries in the other cream and stir it. Then layer the fruit cream in the glasses.
Chill the dessert for 1 hour. Finally, put the whole berries in the glasses before serving.
