Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in the oil in a pan until lightly brown.
  2. Heat the meat stock, add the bacon, peppers and beans, bring to the boil and simmer covered over low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Season with Tabasco and salt.
  3. Stir in the cream before serving and serve garnished with paprika strips.
