Ingredients
- 75 g bacon, cut into narrow strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 liter meat broth
- 1 can beans, white
- Tabasco
- salt
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 0.5 ½ red pepper (s), cut into very fine strips
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green, cut into very fine strips

- Fry the bacon in the oil in a pan until lightly brown.
- Heat the meat stock, add the bacon, peppers and beans, bring to the boil and simmer covered over low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Season with Tabasco and salt.
- Stir in the cream before serving and serve garnished with paprika strips.
