  • 2 avocado (s), halved, pitted, chopped flesh (put some slices aside for garnish)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • White pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Heat the chicken broth, add the avocado meat and puree with a blender. Stir in the cream, yoghurt, white wine and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill into soup cups or deep plates and serve garnished with avocado slices.
