  • 600 g cod fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 liter water
  • 4 teaspoons broth, instant
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped dill, dried

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillet, pat dry, cut into pieces and marinate with the lemon juice.
  2. Dice the peppers and tomatoes, cut the spring onions into rings. Braise everything in hot olive oil. Add the water and the instant stock and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the fish cubes and let simmer in the broth for about 5 minutes and refine with the dill.
