Ingredients
- 160 g bean sprouts, fresh
- 2 slices pineapple, canned, cut into fine wedges
- 1 piece (s) ginger, fresh, walnut-sized, finely chopped
- 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce, dark
- 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 10 cm white leek, cut into strips

- Put the bean sprouts, pineapple, ginger and onion in a salad bowl and mix well.
- Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sugar into a marinade, pour over the salad and fold in. Serve sprinkled with leek strips.
