Instructions

  1. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Sweat the onions, garlic and oregano in the heated oil. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Let everything simmer briefly over high heat, season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a lightly greased baking dish.
