Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 3 tomato (s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 fish fillet (s), low in fat (from pikeperch or pangasius, cod, 830;)
- some lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
- salt and pepper
- 80 g cream cheese or sour cream
- basil
- Fat for the shape

- Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the mushrooms into slices.
- Sweat the onions, garlic and oregano in the heated oil. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Let everything simmer briefly over high heat, season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Then place the fish on top of the vegetables and spread the sour cream on top. Cover everything (e.g. with aluminum foil over the baking dish) and cook in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
